Who we are
Mbowa (Pty) Ltd, trading as Mbowa Design Lab™ (“MDL”, “we”), is a creative design and branding agency based in Manzini, Eswatini. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, organisation, the services you are interested in, your budget and timeline, and anything you write in your message. When you browse the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
Our website host and email provider, who store it on our behalf under their own data-protection terms. We share nothing else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after [12 months]. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes.
Your rights
Under the Eswatini Data Protection Act, 2022, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to enquiries@mbowa.com and we will respond within [30] days.
